Unfortunately my company were re-locating and the location did not suit me, so I looked for other positions. At first I noticed a position available online however, it was a recruitment agency. For years I was reluctant to working with recruitment agencies as I found lots of them to offer me positions that was of no relevance to my interests and qualifications. However the position I noticed was well detailed, well advertised and looked interesting.
I contacted Billy in Sadlier Consulting, and from the first call in which we spoke, he was extremely helpful and I felt as if I was in safe hands. He organised a meeting with me to have a chat about the position and his professionalism and guidance was second to none! He secured an interview with the Employer and thankfully I was successful. The position was exactly as described as per Bill. His communication throughout the hiring process was also really helpful. I am now employed by a company in which I am really happy. Without Billy, I think I would be in an unhappy situation working for a company in a position that I just “Took because of the timing”.
